The capsule
Gel microbeads
One HPMC capsule holds hundreds of small gel microbeads. Each microbead is coated, and each can carry a different ingredient, so several actives share one capsule without mixing.
The microbeads are designed for slow and targeted release, in time and in space: they release their contents gradually rather than all at once.
Ubiquinol is fat-soluble, so the label asks you to take Skin after a meal, ideally one that contains some fat.

The detail behind the label
Kaneka Ubiquinol®
Ubiquinol is the reduced form of coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10). Kaneka Ubiquinol® is made by Kaneka Corporation in Japan. 25 mg per capsule.
Hyalurogluco™
A branded form of N-acetyl-glucosamine, a building block the body uses to make hyaluronic acid. 60 mg per capsule.
Biotin
Vitamin B7, as D-biotin. 75 µg, 150% of the EU Nutrient Reference Value.
Three ingredients only
No other actives. The rest of the capsule is its shell, the microbead matrix, natural colour and water.
