Coreº1 is a capsule inside a capsule, manufactured in France. Skin and AntiOx hold gel microbeads in a single capsule, manufactured in Switzerland. Osana, a women’s range from a European brand, is coming soon.

A capsule inside a capsule. The outer holds vitamins A, D3, E and K with omega-3 fish oil (EPA and DHA); the inner holds vitamin C and eight B vitamins. Twelve of the 13 vitamins at about 100% of the EU reference value. One a day, with your largest meal.

When to take each one
One capsule of each formula a day. All three Beads capsules contain fish gelatin.
- AntiOx
- One capsule in the morning, with food. Leave at least 30 minutes before coffee.
- Coreº1
- One capsule in the afternoon or evening, with food. Take it with the largest meal of your day.
- Skin
- One capsule in the afternoon or evening, with food. Take it with the largest meal of your day.
- Your sachets
- One sachet for each time of day, printed with its day and time. Take all three and you have two: AntiOx in the morning sachet, Coreº1 and Skin together in the evening one.
