    Open the box

    Lift the lid of the outer box. Your LioBox sits inside, with its printed guide.

    Lift out your LioBox

    Set it on a flat surface where you will see it every day.

    Open the lid

    Lift the lid. Inside is the spindle that holds your spool.

  4. Load your spool

    Drop the spool of sachets onto the spindle so the strip feeds towards the slot. One spool holds a month of sachets, so you only do this once a month.

    Thread the first sachet and close the lid

    Pass the first sachet through the slot at the front, then close the lid.

  6. Pull, tear, pop

    Each sachet is labelled by day and time. Pull the next one from the slot, tear it open, and take your dose with a glass of water.

    When the Kwelio app arrives in Q4 2026, you can log each dose in it with the Pop ritual.

Every month

A new spool, the same three seconds.

Your LioBox comes free with your first Beads by Kwelio order. After that, each order brings a new refill spool for the LioBox you already have. Open the lid and load it the same way as your first.

Keep your LioBox and sachets somewhere dry, out of direct heat, and out of the reach of children.
