By accessing or using any Kwelio service — including this website, the Pop by Kwelio application, the Kwelix platform, or supplements.kwelio.com — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) and the United Arab Emirates.
Kwelio provides a medication adherence tracking platform, rewards programme, insurer analytics dashboard, and supplement e-commerce services. Our Services are provided "as is" and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The Kwelio platform is a wellness and adherence tool only. Nothing in our Services constitutes medical advice. Always follow your healthcare provider's instructions regarding medication. In the event of a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
Kwelio does not verify the accuracy of medication information entered by users. We accept no liability for harm arising from incorrect medication logging.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
You agree not to: misuse the platform for fraudulent purposes, attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise our systems, submit false medication logs to manipulate adherence scores or earn rewards fraudulently, or use the platform to infringe the rights of others.
Lio Points are earned through verified medication logging. Points have no cash value and are redeemable only through the Kwelio rewards catalogue. We reserve the right to adjust the programme terms, expire unused points, or discontinue the programme with reasonable notice.
Supplement purchases are subject to our Subscription & Returns Policy available at supplements.kwelio.com. All prices are in AED unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on Kwelio platforms are owned by Lumio Holdings Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kwelio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
