The capsule
Gel microbeads
One HPMC capsule holds hundreds of small gel microbeads. Fat-soluble and water-soluble actives are carried in separate microbeads, so they share one capsule without mixing.
The microbeads are designed for slow and targeted release, in time and in space: they release their contents gradually rather than all at once.
Vitamin E, lycopene and the carotenoids are fat-soluble, so AntiOx goes with a meal. The label also asks you to skip coffee for at least 30 minutes after.

Lycopene
A red carotenoid, from tomato extract standardised to 6% lycopene. 2.1 mg per capsule.
Mixed carotenoids
A carotenoid suspension standardised to 30%. 5.1 mg per capsule.
Polyphenols from green tea
Green tea extract standardised to 50% polyphenols. 6.25 mg per capsule.
Proanthocyanidins from grape seed
Grape seed extract standardised to 95% proanthocyanidins. 10 mg per capsule.
Bioflavonoids from citrus
Citrus extract standardised to 60% bioflavonoids. 7.5 mg per capsule.
Vitamins C and E, and selenium
Vitamin C as calcium ascorbate (30 mg, 38% NRV), natural vitamin E as RRR-alpha tocopherol (12 mg, 100% NRV) and selenium as sodium selenite (20 µg, 36% NRV).
